About Me
So here are a lot of random facts you probably don’t want to know. Read if you like…
I’m a moderately liberal American, and a white Cishet Jewish girl who has tons of privilege and is trying to realize it all. PLEASE tell me if I fuck something up because I’m sure I will. Follow my political/religious blog losdvarim for me attempting to be a good person and telling others when they aren’t succeeding.
Dance is my life. I do four classes of ballet a week (which amounts to 4:30 hours), three classes of jazz where you learn a jazz dance then perform it (3:15 hours) and two technique only jazz classes (2:30 hours) one hiphop class (45 minutes) one lyrical class (0:45 hours) In total that’s 11.45 hours and 13 classes. :) Plus I sometimes do privates and semiprivates w/my favorite teacher and one of my best friends.
I’m obsessed with languages and linguistics. I speak English fluently (sometimes you wouldn’t think so if you know me), and have spoken Hebrew since I was born but am only conversant and losing it by the day. I am currently learning Spanish on my own (about first month or so of Spanish 2 at this point), and take Mandarin Chinese in school.
When I grow up, I want to major in Dance and either Linguistics or Hebrew/Judaics or Spanish/Romance languages. I would love to dance in a contemporary company but face the facts that that will never happen. Ever. Right now, I really want to dance with Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company on their dance journey but I don’t know if when I’m 18+ I’ll be good enough to get in. I would obviously love to join their company or company 2 but it’s not my main goal in life or even my first priority one. Really, what I want to do with my life is become a dance teacher in a small town like the one I live in (except there is dilemma because I live in NorCal which is perfect but I want to move away from where I live) so I don’t know. But I want to be a dance teacher and some profession like Language or Linguistics. Dance teacher especially.
I look up to quite a few people. My favorite dance teacher is someone who I really idolize, as well as dancers at my studio (only a certain few) for both their character, dedication, and freaking INSANE talent.
Oh also I crochet and make bracelets. I’m actually pretty good at them. My deviantart is empty but it’s dancingisdreaming incase I ever post something (not likely.)
I swear a lot. Get used to it, please. If you don’t like it tell me and depending on the case I will possibly remove or bleep it. Most likely I will most politely tell you to go away. :)

I like to read books. Most books I find acceptable, but I have some favorites of course.
